“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” - Jeremiah 29:11 NIV

“As a high school senior, things have been hectic. Over the past months, I stressed over the next steps with my future, specifically with choosing the right college. When college applications opened, my brain swirled with worry and anxiety on the acceptance letters, and the decision of the school I was committing to. I went on several college tours trying to see which school was right for me. I kept asking myself, “What is the right school for me?” “Will God help me choose the right place?” “Will He guide me in the right direction?” Through prayer, God was able to guide me in the right direction. I had to trust God to help create my pathway according to His vision. Transitioning into college might be scary at first, but He is always with me through the power of prayer, and I trust that He will be with me at the start of college and beyond.” - Sara

“Being in the process of wrapping up my junior year of college, it is interesting to reflect on my journey and see how far things have come. Looking back, I can remember the decisions that had me awake all night with worry, and I can now see how everything ended up working out in the end. Even in the hard moments, I can see God's hand at work, recognizing what each experience taught me and how each one shaped who I am becoming. It may sound simple, but the truth that “everything is going to work out how it’s supposed to” has carried me further than I ever expected. There is a real peace that comes from trusting that as long as I do my part, God will do the rest, that everything will unfold according to His plan. Now, as I begin the transition toward full-time employment and face the very real possibility of moving my entire life to a completely different part of the country, I find myself leaning on that same trust. In a season full of uncertainty, prayer has become less of a habit and more of a lifeline.” - Anna

Though the seasons we are navigating are different, just as they might differ from anyone else’s individual story, talking to God has been invaluable. God understands each of our lives perfectly and is there for it all. Whatever chapter you find yourself in, you do not have to figure it out alone, because God is always present.
